Here is a little about my JOURNEY to a healthier ME!

I started a diet and the gym on June 1, 2011. My motivation was a trip that my husband and I took to Tennessee and North Carolina on our Harley. There were some beautiful waterfalls , and most of them you had to hike up the steep hills and mountains to see. I found that I was in terriable shape, and a lot of the times I would stay at the bottom of the trail waiting on my husband and friends to return with pic's and stories of the waterfalls, and all that they had seen. My heart would be pumping so hard in my ears, that it almost seemed that everyone else could hear it as well. I told myself right then, that after our arrival back home, I was going to get in shape and loose some weight....and that by next year I would be ready for another trip...........I would enjoy it to the fullest.

Before and After














Ok, I have had a couple of request for a before and after pic. I really would prefer to wait untill the other 16 pounds is gone...but here they are. First pic is of me and my son at a park back about a month ago, second pic is of me now, and the last one was taken last year with my daughter, it was spirit week at her school.
